You agree not to misuse the platform's intelligence-agents or logic-fabric. Prohibited activities include reverse engineering, attempting to destabilize the cognitive-synergy stability, or using the system for any unauthorized, illegal, or harmful purposes as defined by applicable law.
Our framework processes data via localized heuristic-mapping to ensure operational clarity. You retain ownership of your input data but grant us a license to process it to provide the service. We implement measures to protect data integrity as part of our systemic decision-balancing protocols.
The Synapse-X framework and all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Logic-Nerve AI Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific outcomes from the use of recursive processing and scalable neural-nodes. Professional longevity in hybrid teams depends on numerous external factors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logic-Nerve AI Labs shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
